Kimberley Hay recently played in the U19 European Championships in Germany. She reached the semi-final stage where she lost to fellow English player Millie Tomlinson. She then won the 3rd/4th play-off to finish 3rd.
Kim then was selected to play for England in the team event where she was the second girls player in the squad. With the team made up of 2 boys and 1 girl Kim got to play in 2 matches winning both and helping England reach the final where they lost 2-1 to hosts Germany.
Kim hopes to now be selected to play in and represent England at the Junior Womens World Championships in India in July this summer.
