Summer Leagues Bulletin

This years Summer Leagues have been progressing well with all games scheduled to complete w/c 11th of July.

The last available date for any rescheduled matches is Thursday 14th of July, so if you have any outstanding fixtures please complete by then.

The play-offs will be on Saturday 16th of July with the final and 3rd/4th place play-off on Sunday 17th of July, all matches being played at Tynemouth SRC.

The winner of division 1 will play the runner-up from division 2 and vice versa.

Division 1:
There are 4 teams still in with a chance of reaching the play-offs with Sunderland Stingers currently leading the way. Primrose Blacks, Westoe and Newbiggin are hot on their heels.

Division 2:
It looks as if Sunderland Scorpions and Primrose Reds have this division sown up but if anyone slips up then Northumberland A have an outside chance of overtaking one of them.

So it looks as if the Northumbria Summer Leagues 2016 title may well be going south of the river again…
