The O65 mens ICC finals were a monrad format with Northumbria drawn against Berkshire in a must win game to proceed to the top half semi-final.
Unfortunately this resulted in a 2-1 defeat with Adrian Alderton winning in the 5th 15/13.
This meant that Northumbria were now playing for 5th to 8th place and were drawn against Shropshire resulting in a 2-1 win.
Northumbria were now playing for 5th or 6th place against Warwickshire going down to a 2-1 defeat with only Adrian winning.
Overall a good result in attaining 6th place in a tough competition.
