Girls Under 15

FIRST HALF SEASON 2011/2012

The Northumberland Club hosted the group which was depleted after a withdrawel from LANCASHIRE leaving matches against YORKSHIRE and CUMBRIA.

Team – LAURA NEILL, GEORGIA WEBSTER, TEGAN YOUNGER , JOSIE BARKER, ELLIE WATLING and MANON WALTON-WILLIAMS.

The first match against Cumbria was an emphatic 5-0 victory with all girls winning with little resistance.

Second match vs Yorkshire was however to be the opposite with a 5-0 loss and only Tegan Younger getting a game,

This leaves the team waiting to find out if they progress as best place group runner-up or go into the Trophy side of the draw.

SECOND HALF SEASON 2010/2011

On the 23rd of Jan the u15 team travelled to Bradford, Yorkshire to play YORKSHIRE, LEICESTERSHIRE and NORTH WALES.

TEAM – LUCY BEECROFT, CHARLOTTE COOPER, LAURA NEILL, CAITLIN VITTY and MANON WALTON-WILLIAMS.

These matches were played to find out the 2 teams form the North that will make it through to the finals in March. This time it wasn’t to be with Northumbria losing all 3 matches.

FIRST HALF SEASON 2010/2011

On the 10th they hosted and played against YORKSHIRE and CHESHIRE.

Match vs Yorkshire

Northumbria beat a young yorkshire team comfortably with a 4-1 victory. Laura Neill lost out to Ellen Cooper but there were 3-0 victories for the others.

Match Vs Cheshire

The match in the afternoon proved to be even easier than against Yorkshire, they only had 4 players and Northumbria won all the 4 matches 3-0 and advance to the next stage where they will definately come across stiffer opposition.
